 *** After January 21, 2021  ALL of the countries of the world will empty out their prisons and gulags and send all their worst criminals to California.  Given that both a president and governor have welcomed every foreign criminal on the planet to come to the US, the nations of the world will oblige and do their share. They will also send all the poorest and least educated of their citizens to California where the governor has promised free stuff to anyone who is NOT legal citizen.  (All that and a lawyer!!!) All California social services, police and government offices will be overwhelmed by the tsunami of freeloaders. Legal California residents who somehow voted for democrats and but did not see this coming will attempt the flee to eastern United States. The east will be blocked by hordes of bums and junkies who were bused to California to get free stuff by almost every state in the union except Alaska and Hawaii .  The most massive goat cluster of all time will ensue.
